Deleting your account
From the app: Profile → Personal data → Delete account.
- Open Civico and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Personal data.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
All your sessions close as soon as the request is recorded. The account can be reactivated for 30 days afterwards; the app shows the date. Personal data is removed once that window closes.
If you cannot reach the app, ask at info@civico.casa from the address your account uses.
